An exciting opportunity exists for a Demand Planner at Kalari’s Olympic Dam operations, based in Roxby Downs. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this is a critical role in managing the efficient and effective running of the Kalari Olympic Dam operation.
This high profile role, has varied responsibilities including but not limited to:-
- Drive a culture of zero harm through safety interactions and communication of safety expectations;
- Forward planning and forecasting of drivers and assets required to meet customer demands;
- Ensure drivers are appropriately trained, inducted, briefed on customer expectations and chain of responsibility (CoR) requirements;
- Prepare internal and customer KPI reporting on safety, product delivery performance, asset and labour utilisation;
- Prepare and distribute rosters to drivers, ensuring fatigue management and CoR obligations are met;

- Solid understanding of NHVAS Mass, and Fatigue Management;
- Previous logistics and mine site experience will be highly regarded;
You will have the ability to pass all pre-employment checks; which may include a medical assessment, National Police clearance check, driving license history check, reference checks, identity check, verification of tickets, licenses, accreditations and qualifications.
